Client relationship
ASP is the single point of contact from first conversation through design, delivery and support.
Advanced Staging Productions designs and delivers the complete technical environment of a venue — audiovisual, entertainment and production systems — and stays accountable for how it performs.
ASP's background is in staging, production and live entertainment. That experience shapes how the company designs venue systems.
Real venues are busy, commercial and imperfect. Shows run late, staff change, function bookings shift, and a Saturday grand final looks nothing like a Tuesday lunch service. Systems designed only on paper tend not to survive that. Systems designed by people who have operated events do.
The focus is clubs, hospitality groups, entertainment venues and performance spaces, working from Sydney with national capability.

ASP is the single point of contact from first conversation through design, delivery and support.
Scope, program, integration and outcome sit with ASP, not with a chain of separate suppliers.
Engineering, procurement, installation and programming resources are brought into each engagement at the scale the project requires.
Factory Sound provides engineering, procurement and installation capability to ASP projects where the scale or specialisation of the work requires it. Factory Sound strengthens the ASP delivery model; the client relationship, project leadership and accountability remain with Advanced Staging Productions.
Managing Director
Alex Yazbeck brings a multidisciplinary background spanning live entertainment, audiovisual production, business operations, commercial strategy and law.
His involvement with Advanced Staging Productions dates back to the company's early operating history, working across technical production, audiovisual delivery and deadline-critical entertainment environments.
His broader entertainment experience includes concert promotion, touring, live performance and event delivery, providing a practical understanding of what artists, production teams, venue operators and audiences require from a technical environment.
Outside the entertainment industry, Alex built and led a national multidisciplinary healthcare organisation from an early-stage operation into a business of approximately 70 clinicians and support staff across six disciplines, reaching an annualised revenue run rate exceeding $7 million.
His responsibilities included operational and financial performance, workforce planning, systems, property and site expansion, compliance, governance, commercial partnerships and organisational growth.
Alex is also an admitted solicitor in New South Wales, bringing an additional commercial, contractual and risk-management perspective to complex projects.
At ASP, Alex acts as the principal client and project lead — establishing the brief, understanding the commercial objectives of the venue, coordinating specialist technical resources and maintaining accountability from early planning through delivery.
Understand how the business needs to operate, then design the technology around it.
2012
ASP's roots in event technology and live production date back to 2012.
Since 2012, Advanced Staging Productions has operated across live entertainment, event technology and audiovisual production.
Today, that experience forms part of a broader venue-technology model combining commercial project leadership with specialist engineering and systems-integration capability.
